Oldenzaal Classics opts for focus and flexibility with track lighting in the showroom
A showroom should exude tranquility and experience. Visitors want to be able to view the cars properly, discover details, and truly experience the lines of a classic. At Oldenzaal Classics, that was precisely the starting point. The desire was for a bright, calm showroom where every car gets the attention it deserves, without the space feeling cluttered or disorganized.
What was needed
The showroom features carefully selected classic cars and youngtimers, with a strong focus on classic BMWs. Each model has its own character: glossy paint, sharp body lines, special rims, and luxurious interiors.
Details play a major role, especially with these types of cars. Reflections in the paint, the shape of the bodywork, and the finish of the interior only truly come to life when the lighting is right.
Therefore, there was a need for lighting that not only provides sufficient basic light but can also place targeted accents on the cars.Additionally, the lighting had to be flexible, so the showroom could be easily adjusted when the arrangement of the cars changes.
Custom advice for the showroom
Together with Oldenzaal Classics, we examined the layout of the showroom and the presentation of the vehicles. Where are the eye-catchers, how do visitors move through the space, and where should the light best highlight the cars?
Based on this, a lighting plan was created that provides calm ambient lighting, combined with targeted accents on the cars. This keeps the showroom clear and organized, while each classic car still receives the attention it deserves.
Why track lighting is the right choice
For the Oldenzaal Classics showroom, track lighting with adjustable spotlights was chosen. This system offers great flexibility, which is ideal for a showroom where the layout changes regularly.
The spotlights can be easily moved and aimed, ensuring each car is highlighted in precisely the right way. If a new classic car arrives or the positioning of the vehicles changes, the lighting can be easily adjusted.
This way, the presentation always aligns with the cars that are currently in the spotlight.
The effect in the showroom
Thanks to the new lighting, the showroom appears calmer and sleeker. Cars stand out more, reflections in the paint become subtly visible, and details such as rims, lines, and interiors are more noticeable.
This allows visitors to focus more on the vehicles themselves. This creates a showroom where classic cars are not just viewed, but truly experienced.
Curious about what lighting can do for your showroom
Every showroom requires its own unique approach. With a well-designed lighting plan, you can highlight products, vehicles, or presentations in a way that showcases them to their fullest potential.
We are happy to help you find a solution that suits your space, aesthetic, and presentation style.
