Restaurant - Tante Sien

A renewed atmosphere calls for new light

Tante Sien in Vasse has been a trusted meeting place for years, where warmth, coziness, and hospitality are central. With the renovation of the restaurant, there was a desire to also redesign the lighting. The interior was given a fresh, contemporary look, and to optimally support this atmosphere, a modern and flexible lighting concept was needed. We were privileged to guide the entire process, from developing the lighting plan to supplying the lighting.

From wish to design

Together with the Tante Sien team, we reviewed the new layout of the restaurant and the desired atmospheric experience. In a hospitality establishment, lighting plays a crucial role: it sets the ambiance for guests while also needing to be practical for the staff. Therefore, we focused on a lighting plan that radiates both warmth and coziness, while also being functional and future-proof. The lighting needed to complement the calm, modern foundation of the interior and be flexible enough to adapt to changing layouts and seasonal decorations.

A stylish solution with a white 3-phase track system

The final design led to the choice of a white 3-phase track system. This system blends beautifully with the light interior and offers the freedom to easily move or aim the fixtures. Different zones can be controlled separately, allowing Tante Sien to easily adjust the lighting to suit the moment. The warm light quality enhances the welcoming atmosphere for which the restaurant is known and creates a pleasant, ambient environment for every guest.

From plan to realization

After finalizing the lighting plan, we also supplied all the lighting. This ensured that the design and execution were perfectly aligned, allowing the Tante Sien team to immediately start with the new installation. The lighting was carefully selected to ensure the result precisely matched the atmosphere envisioned in the lighting plan.

The final result

The renovated restaurant radiates tranquility, warmth, and hospitality. The new lighting enhances the interior and creates an inviting atmosphere where guests immediately feel at home. Tante Sien now has a modern, stylish, and flexible lighting system that is ready for the future and effortlessly adapts to any occasion.
