Replacing or connecting a GU10 lamp
Step-by-step guide for replacing a GU10 LED lamp Step 1: Safety first
- Switch off the power at the switch or the main switch in the fuse box.
- Wait a few minutes to ensure that the lamp has cooled down before you start.
Step 2: Remove the old GU10 spots
- Carefully turn the old GU10 lamp counterclockwise to remove it from the fixture.
Step 3: Check the new GU10 spots
- Check whether the new GU10 LED lamp is compatible with the fixture and the voltage (230 Volt).
- Ensure that the lamp has the same fitting size (GU10).
- Check if you have an old or new dimmer. If you have an old dimmer, it will also need to be replaced with an LED dimmer.

- Screw the new GU10 lamp clockwise into the fixture until it is firmly secured.
