What is festive lighting?

What should I look out for with party lighting?
The purchase of party lighting can be challenging; there are various aspects you need to consider:- The length: how much length of party lighting do I need? The length of the cable is specified for each product.
- The atmosphere: what kind of atmosphere do I want to create? Should I opt for LED coloured lamps (for open parties such as marquee events) or standard LED lamps (suitable for more elegant parties such as weddings)?
- Number of light sources: how many E27 fittings are on the string light? The more fittings, the greater the light output you have. Fewer E27 fittings on a string light can, for example, create a cozier atmosphere because it does not produce as much light.
- Location of the party lighting: where will the party lighting be hung and is there a power outlet nearby? (Of course, the string lights can always be extended with extension cables)
- Defective lamp: If in the future an LED bulb fails and the string light is hanging outdoors. Leave the lamp in the string light. I.v.m. when you remove it, moisture/water can enter the fitting. Over time, this can cause corrosion and damage the fitting.
