Below you will find some guidelines for office lighting. Of course, we tailor everything to your organization, work style, and spatial layout:

- Color temperature: usually between 3000K and 4000K; warm white for a relaxed atmosphere in meeting rooms and a more neutral white for focus and concentration at workstations.

- Beam Angle: use 60º–90º for general lighting and 30º–60º for focused lighting above desks or specific zones.

- Color Rendering (CRI): choose CRI80 or higher for a natural representation of colors and a pleasant, calming light.

- Light Output: on average, we recommend fixtures of 2000–4000 lumens, depending on the size and function of the space, from workstations to meeting rooms and walkways.

Step 1: Introduction

The first step is simple: contact us! You can do this by email, phone, or by using the form at the bottom of the page. During this conversation, we will discuss your requirements, type of business, and work environment. This gives us a clear picture of your goals and lighting needs. Step 2: Create a light calculation

Once we understand your situation, our lighting advisor will create a technical lighting calculation in Dialux. This plan includes a floor plan with the exact positions, light intensities, and beam angles of the fixtures. This allows you to see what the final result will look like in advance and which lighting is technically the most efficient. The lighting plan is not only the basis for the desired result but also a practical tool for the installer during installation.

Step 3: Discuss the lighting plan

After the initial version of the lighting plan, we will discuss all the details together. We will demonstrate how the lighting optimizes your workspace in terms of light level, energy savings, and comfort. During this consultation, you can provide feedback or add specific requirements. Step 4: Create a quote

With the final lighting plan, we select the LED fixtures that best match your requirements, budget, and desired quality. We work exclusively with reliable brands and energy-efficient products that meet current standards. Our quote provides you with a clear overview of the investment, savings, and expected lifespan, so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 5: Delivery and Installation

Upon your approval, we will schedule the delivery of the products at your desired time. Do you not have an installer yet? We are happy to assist you through our network of experienced professionals. If you already have your own installer, we will ensure they receive all the necessary technical information. This ensures the installation proceeds smoothly, safely, and according to plan, allowing you to immediately benefit from optimal LED commercial lighting.

Hoeveel kan mijn winkel besparen met LED verlichting?

De beste verlichting voor kantoren combineert helder, gelijkmatig licht met een prettige kleurtemperatuur tussen 3000K en 4000K. Dit zorgt voor een comfortabele werkomgeving waarin medewerkers geconcentreerd kunnen werken zonder vermoeide ogen. LED kantoorverlichting is bovendien energiezuinig, duurzaam en eenvoudig aan te passen aan verschillende werkzones.

Hoeveel lumen heb je nodig voor kantoorverlichting?

Gemiddeld wordt voor kantoorverlichting aangeraden om 500 lux op werkplekken te behalen. Dat komt neer op armaturen van ongeveer 2000–4000 lumen, afhankelijk van de hoogte en indeling van de ruimte. Voor vergaderruimtes en gangen volstaat vaak iets minder licht, terwijl detailwerk meer lichtintensiteit vereist.

Welke kleurtemperatuur is geschikt voor kantoorverlichting?

Voor een prettige balans tussen concentratie en comfort kies je een kleurtemperatuur van 3000K tot 4000K. - 3000K (warm wit) zorgt voor een ontspannen, huiselijke sfeer in ontvangstruimtes en vergaderzalen. - 4000K (neutraal wit) bevordert focus en alertheid op werkplekken. Deze combinatie maakt een kantoor zowel productief als comfortabel verlicht.

Wat zegt de NEN-norm over kantoorverlichting?

Volgens de NEN-EN 12464-1 norm moet kantoorverlichting minimaal 500 lux leveren op werkoppervlakken. Daarnaast is een kleurweergave-index (CRI) van minimaal 80 vereist, zodat kleuren natuurlijk en duidelijk zichtbaar blijven. Een goed ontworpen LED lichtplan helpt om aan deze norm te voldoen én energie te besparen.

Hoeveel energie kun je besparen met LED kantoorverlichting?

Door over te stappen op LED verlichting kun je tot 70% energie besparen ten opzichte van traditionele TL- of halogeenverlichting. Daarnaast gaan LED-armaturen tot wel 50.000 branduren mee, wat onderhoudskosten verlaagt en de investering snel terugverdient. Dat maakt LED de duurzaamste keuze voor moderne kantoren.
