How do you install a garden spotlight?
Have you received your outdoor spotlight and would you like to install it? For this you will need the following tools:- A wire stripper
- A screwdriver
- A drill
- A voltage tester
- Plugs and screws
The step-by-step guide for connecting the outdoor spots
Below, the connection of the LED garden spots is described in a few short steps. 1. Always check first whether the power is switched off. 2. Optionally test with a voltage tester whether the voltage is actually switched off. 3.Strip the electrical wires with a wire stripper. The
ground cable/installation cable is equipped with a blue, brown or black and yellow/green wire. Also strip the corresponding colored wires from the lamp approximately half a centimeter. 4. Connect the matching colors of the ground cable/installation cable to the matching colored wires from the outdoor spotlight by means of a terminal block. 5. Test whether the lamp is properly connected by switching the power back on. 6. Secure the lamp correctly to your wall or to the fence.
