Our delivery promise
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, we are not always able to meet this promise, as products may sometimes be out of stock, causing a slight delay in the delivery of your order. The product page indicates an estimated delivery time for the product based on shipping within the Netherlands. Should we, for any reason, be unable to meet this delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
When the product is in stock, it can also be picked up free of charge at our showroom.
Our parcel services do not deliver on Sundays
Standard delivery times
Standard deliveries are handled by the postal service or a DPD parcel courier. In general, orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00.
Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact time of delivery. You can find this information using the Track & Trace code provided by DPD.
