LED TL fixtures have 2 ends, also known as the ‘feet’.LED TL fixtures are powered on one side with 230V mains power. The other socket functions as a 'dummy' to hold the TL tube in place. The side that is powered with mains power can be identified by the power symbol. Then insert the LED TL tube into the fixture correctly. You do this by placing the end of the tube with the sticker into the end of the fixture with the power symbol and then rotating it a quarter turn.
