Installation of 3-Phase Power Rails
By means of 3-phase power rails, you can create your rail system. The rails can be connected to one another by means of the 3-phase accessories. You can create all desired shapes. It is a simple system that is easy to install. With the accessories, you can, among other things, extend the rail, create a bend or feed a rail from the centre.In short: with a combination of 3-Phase Power Rails and Accessories, you can create your own rail system.
How does an LED 3-phase track rail work?
In practice, each lamp that is connected to the 3-phase rails
uses only one phase. Each rail spot or adapter features a switch that allows you to select which phase it uses (1, 2 or 3). The position of the rail adapter corresponds to the connected phase. For example, if you set several spots to position 2, these rail spots will be switched on or off simultaneously with the switch connected to the rail.Per phase/group, you can connect a switch or dimmer to the rail system. Would you like to dim the lamps? It is important that you connect only identical fixtures to one group. These can then be dimmed evenly with a 220 Volt dimmer.
What should you consider when purchasing an LED 3-phase track rail?
Would you like to create a longer rail with multiple angles and junctions? It can then be difficult to order the correct 3-phase accessories.When you create a shape, or in other words a circuit, with the 3-phase track rail, you will need multiple 3-phase connectors. Inside the 3-phase connectors runs a circuit through which the current flows. This is always indicated on our website with the red wire. When using multiple connectors, the red wires from the different connectors must connect to one another. If this does not happen, the power circuit is not complete and the track spots will not light up. The circuit can therefore be broken if you use the wrong connector. In the image below you will see an example of a track system with the corresponding power circuit. 
In the image above, you can see the power circuit of a rail system. This red wire can be located on the outside (left) or inside (right) of a connector. Each product indicates how it is to be powered.
Power connectors are used at the beginning of your 3-phase voltage rails to supply the rails with mains power. These power connectors are available in Left and Right.
Please note: When you start with a 3-phase power connector LEFT, you must ensure that you connect a 3-phase L connector OUTSIDE to it, otherwise the red wire will be interrupted and the following rails will not receive power.

LED 3-Phase Track Rail Installation
You can mount the rails flush against the ceiling or suspend them at the desired height. The 3-phase tracks can be suspended by means of a pendant set/cable system. The rails can be screwed directly to the ceiling using the supplied screws and plugs. You always need two connectors to power your rail and close it off neatly:- Power connector : For connecting the power.
- End cap: For safely and neatly closing the 3-phase rails.
