This emergency lighting indicates the escape route and takes over if the power fails. This way, you keep your building safe and comply with the emergency lighting obligation.
Continuously or only in emergencies
You connect the luminaire as it suits you. If you leave it on continuously, it acts as a fixed escape route indicator (maintained). If you connect it switched, it remains dark until the power fails (non-maintained). In both cases, it automatically switches to its own battery in the event of a power outage and continues to light for another three hours. That is well above the statutory hour.
Always the right direction
The box contains four interchangeable ISO 7010 pictograms: EXIT and a walking figure with an arrow pointing up, left, or right. You click the correct direction into the front yourself, without tools. The orientation lighting at the bottom illuminates the floor below, ensuring the route remains visible even at low altitudes.
Handy for replacement
The front is deliberately somewhat larger, yet still slim. If you are replacing old emergency lighting, this model neatly covers the existing mounting tracks, meaning you usually won't need to touch up.
