This is an emergency fixture for an existing 3-phase track. It only provides light when the mains power fails: 250 lm at 6500 K, with a 135° beam angle that illuminates the area rather than a single point. You don't need an additional power point or new wiring, as the fixture simply clicks into the existing track.
Does this fit my 3-phase track?
The fixture has an adapter for a 3-phase track, also known as a power track in the Netherlands. Track profiles vary by manufacturer, so please check your profile before ordering. If you are unsure, please send a photo of the track or request a no-obligation project consultation. In the 3-phase track lighting collection, you can see which tracks and spots are compatible.
When does it turn on, and when does it not?
Only during a power outage. As long as the track is powered, the fixture charges its battery and the LED remains off; the 4.8 W you measure is from the charging and standby consumption.In emergency mode, it operates at 1.7 W, and the built-in LifePO4 battery is rated for 3 hours of emergency power. For this function, anti-panic lighting, that is precisely the purpose: light at the moment it gets dark.
How do I know if the battery is still working?
By a green status LED on the underside. If it is lit, the fixture is working; if it is not lit, an inspection is required. There is a test button next to it, and the self-test function is set with a DIP switch. The monthly function test and the annual duration test remain your responsibility. When do you choose the version with a pictogram?
When the escape route needs to be indicated. This fixture does not do that: it has no pictogram and it illuminates the area. For signage, choose the 3-phase track emergency lighting with pictogram (SKU LLP-271890).This fixture is IP20-rated and therefore only suitable for dry indoor spaces: not for outdoor use or in damp areas. You receive a 4-year warranty on the fixture and a 2-year warranty on the battery. If you would like it in white, please choose the white 3-phase rail emergency lighting (SKU LL441224).
